We recommend 2 but your pedal cab can carry up to 3 with the discretion of your pedaler.

Are your Pedicabs licensed and insured?

VA Pedal Co. is fully licensed & insured through Virginia.

Can I hire you to take me around?

For sure, let your pedaler know what areas you'd like to see.

Can I go outside of the zones?

Pickups outside of the zone are not allowed, but speak to the pedaler about checking out areas outside of the zone.

What is your cancellation Policy?

If you cancel 2 days prior to your booking, we will give you a refund or a rain check to use at a later date.

What is the average speed of a pedal cab?

6 Miles Per Hour. A comfortable speed to take in Charlottesville.

Do I have to have a reservation?

No, You can hail or call one of our Pedalers if they aren't already giving a ride.

Is Glass Allowed?

No, by Charlottesville regulations glass is not allowed on the bike.

How do you charge?

All pedalers work off of tips.
